Hotel is lovely, service excellent, lovely and clean. Staff friendly and fun if you take the time to speak and smile. Daughter is vegan and dairy allergy...the chefs hand made food for her everyday. Food is good, plentiful and great variety. . Tip 1 GBP a day and you get personalised pool, beach, bar and room service as well as supporting the staff and their families. Have had worse service in 5/star venues in UK. Absolutely would recommend.

It was the worst hotel I've ever been ! very dirty rooms/bathrooms, the sheets are filthy, the towel are ripped, the room smells terrible and sooooo cold, the heater does not even work! I just wonder how this is called a Hotel! If you are going with your family, be CAREFUL!! you can see prostitutes just hanging in the lobby! The service was terrible, we were asking 4 and 5 times for help and maintenance for the room. Rude staff! The food: there is nothing good and there is no desserts!!!! there is no WiFi only in the lobby and even there the signal was very poor, couldn't open any web page!

Upon arrival, I was surprised by the so many guests there (it was really noisy). Later, I was shocked when I checked the room; the furniture is so worn, no water, no air-conditioner, no soap, it smells, and the view from the balcony is so bad plus you can see bottles and papers on the roof everywhere (seems like guests were throwing them from balconies!!!). The employees did not bother themselves to clean the place and remove the garbage. I asked them to see the water problem and they tried to convince me that they 'll fix the problem within a couple of time, but in reality, there was a huge leak in the room next to me and they would need to call someone to fix the whole thing which could take a day!! No one told me but when we insisted and start to become angry (they didn't bring the soap as well and advised that they didn't have another room for us). The restaurant was full of people; the consequence; no plates, no place, no light, no folks or knifes and people were so noisy around trying to fill their plates while I couldn't even get any food. In fact, I took back my money the same night and changed the hotel because it was a very dirty and uncomfortable. Is this a 4 stars hotel!!!!!!! I will never come back again.
