At the beginning of my arrival, start with no valet at the property plus we have to unload our luggage from the trunk but bellman came after to help us. the hotel is pricey compared to what you got like poor condition of the room, corridors and lobby. We went to our room, we found cracks on top of our bed and uncomfortable hard mattress and pillows.. mold on the joint of bathroom marble and the worst one mold inside the mini bar which is dangerous for health care.. at the breakfast table we found completely rusted salt canthat we can't use...
Worst hotel that I've ever been in my entire life. We will never go back in a million years...
