We had the opportunity to stay one night at the Adana Sürmeli Hotel and were generally very satisfied. We stayed in renovated rooms; the rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortably furnished. It was clear that they were meticulous about cleanliness, and that was a significant plus for us.
The breakfast was also varied, clean, and tidy 🍽️ I especially want to mention that when we had an extra request during breakfast, Ms. Seher personally attended to us with her smiling face, sincerity, and attentiveness. Their immediate attention to our needs and solution-oriented approach made us feel truly valued. Employees like these directly enhance the quality of a hotel 🌸
