This place is the worst resort I have ever been via RCI exchange system. It should be expelled from RCI inventory. When I opened the door of the unit I will be staying, the first thing I saw was a puddle of brownish liquid next to the kitchen counter on the way to the bathroom. Later the puddle was cleaned but as I am writing now on the first day, just a few hours after my check-in, it is reappeared. There were some dead (squashed) mosquitoes on the walls and blood stains on the walls and on the curtains most probably as the result of other mosquito hunt actions. Paint of the doors and radiators were scratched and removed at so many places. The armchair and the couch appear that they were taken from a dumpster and put into the room. The armrest of the armchair had a vinyl cover in the past, but now the cover was ripped open and there were some garbage in it. The unit was supposed to have a partial kitchen but let aside an owen or a stove, a kettle did not exist. Later on a small electric cooker was brought in to boil some water for my coffee. Unfortunately I could not think of checking other kitchen utensils, to my surprise there was no coffee cup nor a glass so I could not drink my coffee to calm down my nerves. There is a small pool in the bathroom which you can fill with the thermal water, so at least I could have bath, alas there was no bathrobe, no towels, no hand towels, none at all. Last but not least, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, like a damp cloth. Now I wish I had read the reviews not just from RCI but also from Tripadvisor. My reservation is for a week but after spending this night I will leave this miserable place.

Booked it just because it was on the way to Fethiye. We drived all day and decided to sleep one night there.i have never been in such hotel. Rooms were old since 80's bad smell everywhere. Very very dirty. Due to humidity walls were wet everywhere rooms smelled like trash. Bed was on the same level with floor. Garden was full of trash...we asked to change room. After a while we were moved to very small room again old with dirty bathroom but with no smell. So stayed there one nigh. Sleeped in clothes in order no take microbes.
