Korel Thermal Resort Clinic & Spa

We had a two-day stay at the Afyon Korel Thermal Hotel and our experience was very positive. The hotel's modern and spacious design made a good impression upon arrival. We felt comfortable thanks to the staff's attentiveness and friendly approach. The comfortable and clean rooms ensured a pleasant stay. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the thermal pools and other spa facilities offered. In terms of variety and taste, the food also met our expectations. Overall we were satisfied, it's a facility I would recommend.

Holiday 2. We checked in today; we went for a 4-night, 5-day holiday with my daughter. This hotel is only accessible to certain staff members; if they weren't there, we might even have contacted the tourism company and checked out. They've become Correspondents When I took their names, I told each of them individually that I would write about it and that we were there because of their interest, attention, and friendly smiles. I have a spice allergy, and when my daughter heard me talking about how every dish has spices in it, they made me a special meat stew – all the staff did. While I was getting food, I encountered a man who acted like he created the world. He was surrounded by staff, walking very fast, as if he was about to beat someone up. He was someone high-ranking, approaching me even though I'm a woman and a guest there, like a bodyguard. Everyone was talking and stuff, I was like, "Who is this guy?" Was he a manager or director or something? I didn't understand, and I couldn't have understood anyway, he's the kind of person who shouldn't be in that kind of position. They absolutely don't deserve it; the staff there deserve it much more, in my opinion. We usually go to a different hotel every year, but we wanted a change this year 😞
