The hotel and rooms are clean, the pillows are very soft, the housekeeper Selma Hanım does her job very well, and the ladies doing the body scrub are also very good. We are very pleased with Tülay Hanım, Türkan Hanım, and Emine Hanım as well. We are also very pleased with Pidci Ali Bey; his employees are loyal and very attentive. We were very satisfied. We've been coming here for 15 years and we're very happy. We were here just 3 weeks ago, and my grandchildren are very picky eaters, but they love the food here. We went to another hotel in this area but it wasn't as nice as this one. We feel at home here. Thank you for everything.
