City Hotel And Residence

The worst hotel in my experience in Turkey. The hotel is disgusting, old, shabby, there is a smell of dampness that permeates all the clothes. Everything is old, the carpet is all stained, dirty, the towels are all washed, the linen and curtains are full of holes, the furniture is all old, some sockets have fallen out and wires are sticking out. The reception staff are rude, only in the restaurant the girls and cleaning staff are friendly and kind. Breakfast is really weak. Need and urgent renovations starting from reception staff and finishing with sockets.

I wen to this hotel since it is located in diplomatic area, so if you are planning to visit some Embassies it is a Good choice according to location. also if you like to go to city center or Kizilay you can use bus Number 413 to go directly to Kizilay, almost ten minutes walk to bus stop. also the same bus travels from Kizilay to Birlik district where hotel is located. The hotel is small but i found it clean and fine, the room, shower and bed were fine and i was satisfied with that. Breakfast has few(1 up to 3) options for Vegetarians, they offer fresh vegetables every day which is really Good. the breakfast is not offering on a big big table but i think it is not even a small table, you can find enough things. and Many thanks to Burak who Let me to have a real late check out

Comfortable , central, friendly, inexpensive, great breakfast buffet. Mr Ozgür guided us to find every location we are looking for. Transportation is easy from this location. The room we stayed in was the economy room. It was small but very comfortable. Great shower. Gülşah The sales manager, greeted us every morning. She speaks English. We will stay here again.
