Divan Ankara

It is a very nice hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. It has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and always helpful. We felt as comfortable at the hotel as we did at home.

Occidental Ankara, where we stayed during our trip to Ankara, far exceeded our expectations with its location, cleanliness, and comfort. The spacious rooms and the friendly approach of the staff made us feel right at home. We would like to extend our special thanks to General Manager Ali Güler, the man behind this excellent organization, for his commitment to guest satisfaction and his constructive approach. This is now our only place to stay during our visits to Ankara. I definitely recommend it!

We were asked about minibar usage during check-out. Despite stating that I wasn't using it, I was kept waiting at reception for a long time while it was being checked. This situation is a bit annoying. This was the first time I'd ever received such treatment in a hotel. If you don't trust your customers, then don't keep products in the minibar.
