Basak Termal Hotel

Our vacation at this 4-star thermal hotel in the Red Sea was a great experience that far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is an ideal choice for those seeking both relaxation and relaxation. The overall design of the hotel is modern and stylish, yet harmonious with nature. There''s a calming atmosphere with plenty of green spaces. The thermal pools are truly delightful, with the warm water relaxing effect. Plus, the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, with every detail taken care of. Especially the natural materials used in the room create a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The quality of thermal facilities is one of the elements that make this hotel special. The indoor and outdoor thermal pools are big and clean. The mineral structure of the water gave me a feeling of serious relaxation in my body. Plus, the spa and massage services are fantastic. Massages with experienced massage therapists completely took away my fatigue. The food was another critical element of the hotel''s quality. Breakfast is a buffet and a quite diverse selection. The dishes are prepared with fresh and natural ingredients, with a variety of tastes to cater to all. The dinner is just as delicious and hearty. I especially liked the elegantly modernized presentation of traditional Turkish cuisine. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and professional. Everything we needed was immediately taken care of, with no trouble. The hotel management took a lot of care, too, and made them feel that they consistently consider guest satisfaction. This was another important factor that increased our vacation enjoyment.

I stayed with my wife and our 2 kids (2 + 4 years) for one night in Basak Termal Hotel. The price was rather high, but we were not willing to continue searching. Since we were not too late (17:00), we made use of the thermal bath. The entire thermal bath facility did not seem to be very hygienic. In the main pool there was sedimentation on the ground, and the water did not circulate. Since everything is humid in this area, and the thermal water is around 37°C, this is the perfect environment for bacteria, fungi and mold to grow. The rooms were more or less clean, but there was old furniture and the bathroom was technically not in a good shape. The dinner buffet and morning buffet consisted mostly of cheap food, which you would usually find in the freezer of a BIM supermarket. Some of the staff was really friendly, others seemed to be underpaid. The guy, which brought us to the room was asking for money, even though he did not even carry our luggage or did anything else. Afterwards he organized an extra bed for one of our kids. Originally we planned to stay longer, but after the first night we moved on... We are happy that we survived healthy (at least we believe until today).
