The hotel's facilities are adequate, and the food is delicious with a wide variety. The beach and sea are completely covered in fine sand, perfect for children. However, the hotel's own beach area is crowded with people from outside the hotel and other hotels, which causes congestion. The aqua park is quite nice, ideal for families with children; the activities for children are excellent, and the service is very good. The staff are friendly and try to help with everything.
Room cleaning was done daily, the pools were clean and hygienic, but the parking was insufficient and cars had to park outside. Apart from the parking issues and the presence of outsiders on the hotel's beach, we were satisfied with the other services.
