Alanya Princess Apart Hotel

This was my third time at this hotel, I booked in for 3 weeks from the 9th May 2016. I am unsure if I will return there again. The apartment is a good size with a double bed. Considering it is self catering, I had one very large saucepan and one frying pan, one bread knife and a wooden spoon. Not very helpful for S/C I suggested previously that electric kettles should be put in the kitchen, to no avail, still had to use the pot of the hob which takes at least 20 mins to boil. The cleaning ladies are lovely, so are the staff on reception. On arrival the Manager tried to charge me 1 Euro a day for Wifi, (21 Euro for 3 weeks) I did not pay this but used free internet everywhere outside the apartment, I only pay £5 a month at home, so was not going to pay 21 Euro, yet after speaking to a German lady who was also staying there, she said she had it free. On the day of leaving, My flight was not until 10.45, I asked to keep the room until 6.30 p.m he tried to charge me 100 tl (£25) I only paid £40 for the week. I paid 30 tl last year to keep the room for 6 hours. Which ruined my last day, I couldn't go to the beach as I couldn't shower, so spent all day sitting around. Between the greed of the Manager and being harassed constantly by the guy who does the massage day in day out every time I left or entered the apartment, I would have second thoughts about returning.

Went to these apartments for 1 week in October with my son, mother & grandmother. When booked we requested a ground floor apartment as my nan can't walk up steps, but when we got there they said they only have a 1st floor apartment which happened to be 3 flights of stairs! We expected a room with 1 double bed & 2 single bed but we got a double & bunk beds, my son is only young an will only sleep with me so that left my 80 year old nan or my mum who has arthritis to climb up into the top bunk, it ended up with me my nan & son having to share a double bed all week. When we got there we had 3 pillows, 2 sheets & 1 blanket between 4 of us, they also only provided us with 2 clean towels all week. The apartments were clean enough never used a lot of the facilities, bar was not cheap at all, rooms are pretty basic we also had a table & chairs outside but again only 2 chairs between 4 of us. There was a massage service if you want to use it, me & my mother decided to give it a try, they toke us out of the hotel for a Turkish bath & they bought us back to the hotel for the massage, which was fine but after that the masseuse didn't stop bugging us for the rest of the week wanting us to have more treatments. All in all would not go back or recommend this apartment to anyone else.

We was here for 2 weeks. A nice and small hotel with a cute pool area. The apartments is big and total okay with big balconys. We paid extra for air condition and network for 2 weeks around 360 lira. The staff is nice and friendly. A lot of restaurants and stores around.
