It was our first time at this hotel in 2025 with two children, aged 6 and 4. We chose him because it is one of the few options that has a kitchen in the room, and it was important to us to have the ability to cook food at any time of the day, and not just when the all-inclusive feeds you. Moreover, the hotel rating inspired confidence. Having arrived, they were very pleased, so much so that they came again in August 2026. On the first trip we were in the second building, on the second trip - in the main building. Living in the second building, you can also relax in the main building. To be more detailed: as I wrote, the hotel has two buildings, and all rooms in both buildings are equipped with a kitchen, but there is also a bar-restaurant downstairs in the lobby where you can eat and order alcohol/cocktails. There is consistently good Wi-Fi throughout the entire area and in the rooms, not just at the reception like in other hotels. All photos correspond to reality. The rooms are clean and tidy, they clean them every day! It's not the first time in Turkey, but this is the only hotel where they cleaned every day, changed the bedding every 3 days, and changed the towels, and also provided extra ones upon request (although there were enough already). The hotel owner is on the premises daily, the staff is polite and customer-oriented. On the second visit, we were in an expanded group; initially, we were given a room slightly smaller than the first time, but upon speaking to the administrator, Ms. Neslihan, everything was resolved very quickly. We were given a large room with a wonderful view. The main building has water slides that were run for a couple of hours every day; the joy of children and adults was endless. Around the hotel there are many stores, Migros, Bim, on the way to the beach A101. Beach with fine pebbles, gentle slope, there are slabs, but there are cut entrances, very comfortable in aqua shoes. We also went to the Red Tower, near the Cats Park, there is a sandy beach with a gentle entry where there are no tiles and to reach the depth you have to walk about 600 meters into the sea, it is an ideal option for children. We are more than satisfied with the vacation, we will definitely come back.

We stayed at Almera Park in early September with two children, a five-year-old and a six-month-old.
The stay was perfect for us, as our five-year-old had an absolute blast in the pool with the water slides. Our little one enjoyed the water too.
A special thanks to Mustafa (Ketchup) for the birthday celebration for our five-year-old, and to the lovely receptionist who made our stay a wonderful experience.
A great place for kids who love water activities!

We stayed at this hotel from August 24th to September 4th with my wife and our one-year-old daughter.
Overall, the hotel is completely okay. When we checked in the room smelled of cigarette smoke, but since we ourselves don't smoke the smell disappeared after a couple of days. The cleaning was good, however – the cleaner cleaned the floors and bathroom thoroughly every day. The pool area is also large, beautiful, and well-maintained.
What primarily lowers our rating is two very unpleasant incidents with the same employee who works in the restaurant/bar by the pool.
The first incident occurred on our first day at the pool, August 25th. When I was ordering food for myself and my family, I asked a Turkish man in his 40s or 50s who worked there, "Where are you from?". It is a common question to tourists, so I answered "We are from Sweden." He then asked, "But originally?"
My parents are from Kurdistan in northern Iraq, so I answered "I'm from Kurdistan." Then he changed his tone and asked in a very condescending way: Where is Kurdistan on the map? Why do you say Kurdistan? Do you mean Iraq, Turkey, Iran?
I experienced the comment as disrespectful and offensive, especially since it was said with a clearly different tone than earlier in the conversation. I was standing there with my one-year-old daughter in my arms, along with my family, and I was also in a foreign country on vacation. I didn't want to escalate the situation and therefore just answered "Northern Iraq."
After that incident, he never greeted us at the pool again, and I chose not to have any more contact with him.
A few days later, the second event occurred. My wife went up to the bar by the pool to order an iced coffee. The same employees asked then: "Are you bringing food or drinks to the pool area?" This is not allowed according to the hotel's rules, so my wife replied: "No, of course not." Why do you ask?
Then he answered: Because your room bill is very low.
My wife explained that it was because we paid for our orders directly every time and didn't leave anything on the room. When she came back to our chairs, she told us what had happened and that she found his behavior very uncomfortable and unpleasant.
It is primarily the treatment from this employee that prevents us from recommending the hotel. As paying guests, and furthermore a family with a small child, we expect professional and respectful treatment. Personal or political opinions about a guest's origin do not belong in such a meeting.
It's a shame, as the hotel otherwise had several positive aspects. But these two incidents affected our stay and made us feel uncomfortable contacting the staff in the pool area.
We will not book this hotel again and have also informed Booking.com about what happened.
