Azalea Apart Hotel

Before I get my mental breakdown after 8 hours of travel here is my experience on the arrival. No welcome or hello as a greeting just a rude grumpy receptionist who did ask for the passport without saying hi. After the warm welcoming the guy escorted us in a room which was looking like a warzone after a the junkies invaded it. The bed sheets been literally pissed on it.... so we did politely ask for an another room.... we got it. The pictures will talk better. The doors of the rooms are destroyed and not even close properly. After the hours of travel I head to the toilet and.... no toilet paper which I have to say was just the smallest issue.... The showers had hair and dirty inside out . The toilets had 💩 inside. The floor... it was dried urine on as well on the beds. I did went down from the floor 5 (elevator not working of course ) to ask for at least clean sheets and paper to 💩 myself from this experience. The receptionist was not the most helpful and until a guest did not translate me on Turkish he did just flegmaticaly ignored me. What an all inclusive experience. All the 💩 in. When I did ask them to clean the rooms he just said he is a barman and said : "today u sleep tomorrow clean " . WTF????? This place should been closed down as hell. They know we coming.... the hotel is empty. On the last minute.com they had a 4* rating. Honestly ? 4💩💩💩💩 maybe. Cant even leave for a walk as the doors not close. I came with my partner who went cry ... this is insanity. Stay home better. Cant wait for the all inclusive breakfast... hope it will kill me and I will forget that I did witnessed this.

So we decided to have a cheap getaway got there and the receponist looked puzzled as to why we there anyway got shown 3 rooms n told us to pick one I though great, chucked the bags in and went down for tea oh dear what a load of pig swill food was basic n disgusting so we though maybe as it’s late 7.30 pm breakfast may be better with no joy it was the same salad cheese n bread. We had a lovely week eating out which we didn’t plan for money wise, but hey ho for £500 what do you expect ! Clean bedding and towels was a no go ALL WEEK we found a trolley and made our own beds with clean bedding maids only came in to empty the bathroom bin !!!! Anyway on our last day we went to reception to find our transfer only to be told NO TRANSFER I rang the number on the paperwork I had printed off only to be told no transfer after very broken English, as we had to get on the plane we had to get a taxi to the airport which cost us €100 again another added cost unnecessarily, my partner was also poorly with diohrea for 2 days, wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all and won’t be going back, on arrival back home rang sunmasters to complain only to be told the money would take 28 days to arrive back very inconvenient considering we had already paid for transfers wasn’t happy at all with this break !!!!!!! 😡😡😡

I have been in this hotel two times, once in 2013 and again this year. In 2013 there wasn't problems so that's why I decided to go to this hotel again. Well this time there was problems and the staff wasn't that good either. The room was dirty when we arrived and the cleaning wasn't obvious. I stayed in this hotel 3 weeks and the cleaning lady came total maybe 4 times during that whole time and not without asking. Many times I put the cleaning please -sign on the door but nothing happend, I went to reception several times to ask cleaning and only then something was done. Other thing was that two times we had spider in the room and I told about that to reception too and they said someone would come to put some poison but nobody came to our room. Same problems seem to be in other rooms too because I saw a man with a poison tank in the hotel area. And the pool area was dirty also. There is two pools, the pool area next to bar was in better condition and there someone from to staff came sometimes ask if want to drink something etc. but the other side was whole time dirty and forgotten by the staff. If something good, there was two air conditioners in our room, one in bedroom and one in living room. In many hotels air conditioner is only in bedroom and at least I don't feel it comfortable because quickly it comes too cold to sleep in the bedroom but other rooms are hot. And one evening when I came back to hotel and I was feeling sick, I went to ask tea from bar. They didn't have tea ready and the bar inside was closed but this one man worker came to make tea for me and didn't even charge it. And inside the hotel is hairdresser who also helped me. I had nail extensions and one got broken but he fixed it without charge. And the last day I went there for hair wash and to get my hair done. I got what I wanted and I felt that the price wasn't high either.
