I traveled with my 3 children and husband in September 2026 The good things about the hotel Is it close to the center and shops/restaurants All staff are really sweet, friendly, and helpful Everyone could speak English and a few could speak a little Danish When we were sitting in the restaurant, they brought a drink to one and were attentive to us all day, asking how we were doing too, they are really sweet and good with children 10 out of 10 stars for my staff, we were so happy, especially a female waitress who won our hearts and especially my daughter's, but unfortunately I didn't ask for her name. The guy who sells tattoos is also a really nice man, always happy, etc., has only good things to say about him And then it was a little cozy with all the sweet cats that are talkative It's not so good that you get a seller at the hotel who of course asks you next day if you are coming to their store, but it's not so bad that you can't stand it. The hotel is a little worn out on the side, but otherwise fine enough Their refrigerator and air conditioner are beeping, and the hotel is close to a tower with a loudspeaker where they call for prayer early in the morning and several times a day Some of their beds are hard and the same goes for their sunbeds by the pool, as you cannot adjust the backrest. The food isn't so much for shouting hurray for, there's a lot of the same they serve, but you can always find something you like And their elevator is very small Your cleaning comes late in the day if you live on the 5th floor, which is a bit annoying, but where we were, she was alone to clean, so she had a lot to do by herself. We experienced that she had to carry 2 mattresses up 2 flights of stairs, which I couldn't stand to see her doing alone, so we helped her, of course, and she gave us a free bottle of water as thanks, which was not expected. The cleaning could be better, the floor was not always washed She only came with Wcpapir and clean bed linen and of course towels if you were missing any But if you asked me if I would come again, my answer would be yes, the sweet staff outweighs it all, and it's not that bad either compared to what you read.

Nice but worn room. Very small and sparse buffet. Fantastic location. The pool area and the adjoining lawn smelled of cat urine, and if you wanted to try to get a spot by the pool, you would have to be down with a towel by 7:30 at the latest. We were invaded by Russians and Turks.... They should also be there, but they could easily decide to sit wet on your sun lounger while you were swimming or take your parasol and move it for their own benefit. A person could easily fill two sun loungers and became very angry if you asked if it was possible to get the sun lounger where there was no... Where should their cigarettes, bag, and sunscreen be? They brought their own speakers to the pool and played their own music despite the music from the bar. They shouted and screamed and got full currency for their all Inc. And the staff did nothing

People are kind. Food is ok. Pool and pool bar area is excellent. Beds are hard. But otherwise rooms are nice.
