We've been coming to Alanya for years. We've stayed at this hotel before. But it's gotten worse every year. Terrible. I think there's no manager at the hotel. The staff are rude and inactive. They're harassing customers. There's absolutely no cleanliness. Everything is very dirty. The beach is also bad. Stones and rocks. The sun loungers are broken. We can't eat there. We eat outside.

I go to Turkey very often. I've never stayed in a hotel this awful. We came because it was cheap, but it ruined our health. It's dangerous. The staff is bad and rude. It's all dirty. No purity. We couldn't eat food. We went to the doctor for stomach problems. The beach is also bad, rocky and deep. Very dirty. There doesn't seem to be a hotel manager at all.

It's not a hotel. Everything is paid for and the staff is rude. Does the hotel charge for cleaning? We should. But maids don't clean for free. The whole hotel is dirty. Drinks in bars run out early. Food runs out early. The staff is very rude. They scold us. The sea is terrible. The beach is rocky. Swimming is dangerous. Never come to this hotel.
