Warmest wishes to this hotel from the Pavlov family, we really enjoyed it, and also want to thank Karina our assistant separately, we had many questions but they were all quickly solved by our Karinka, Very much liked the food at the hotel was many things and varied and delicious. So the waiters are good quick guys and serve well, the grounds are beautiful and very convenient that everything is close. The mini club was also a separate joy that our granddaughter liked everything and was always passionate and Dada won the diploma. Our holiday went well and thank the hotel for all of us coming back again

We came to Sidera Kirman Hotel with our family and had a wonderful 12-day holiday experience. The quality of service, hospitality, and attention to detail offered by the hotel far exceeded our expectations from the first day to the last. The food, in particular, was delicious and varied; the rich menus, catering to every taste, made every meal a delight. Room service and general service were extremely fast, attentive, and professional; all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. The uninterrupted and fast internet access we had throughout the holiday also enabled us to continue our work and communication without any problems. One of the biggest factors behind all these positive experiences and the wonderful 12 days we spent was the impeccable service. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Veysel and all the hotel staff for their great attention to guest satisfaction, sincerity, and friendly demeanor!

The food was excellent – varied, fresh, and very delicious. The room service was reliable, friendly, and the rooms were always kept clean. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly throughout the entire hotel. We would like to express a very special thank you to the entertainers, especially the skater Seyithan and Mr. Veysel.
