Club Tess Hotel

Don't go to this hotel, I stayed for exactly 3 hours and looked for another one, it's horrible, it's dirty, it smells bad, it's an abandoned hotel

Literal cat poop outside my room on numerous occasions, when told reception staff there were poop outside my room they replied ‘yes cats’… I know that😩😂 we was made to clean it ourselves! Bed were falling to pieces, walked into the bedside cabinet upside down and fridge full of previous persons food and drink in the fridge so clearly hadn’t been cleaned, also walked into the glass door slid wide open… food were edible that’s about it… wouldn’t come back and don’t reccomend, nowhere near good enough for a £900 holiday

Get away from this hotel NEGATIVE: Poor Service : not a single housekeeping in 10 days. Toilets Paper and towels picked up at reception. Wardrobe sliding door broken. Balcony door no longer opened because unlocking was broken At the reception the toilets were broken all the time and dirty ! Wi-Fi only for payment and poor reception. Only Russians and English in the hotel. The Russians overfill their plates and then just leave everything standing and the English drink for it. POSITIVE: Pool was fine Centre 300 m by underpass
