Lovely stay at the Delphin food top quality and staff very attentive. Only suggestion would be under 15’S get a different coloured wrist band so it’s easier to spot in the relax pool.

This is the fifth time we've relaxed in this hotel, and this is probably the best recommendation we can make! Every time we are happy to return here because we are sure: we will have a wonderful holiday, a high level of service and an incredibly warm atmosphere. I want to express my great gratitude to all the staff. There are truly caring, thoughtful and supportive people who do their best to make every guest feel welcome. Every request is fulfilled quickly and with a smile, and a sincere attitude towards guests creates the feeling that you come not just to the hotel, but to good friends. The hotel always delights in cleanliness, coziness, delicious and varied cuisine, well-kept grounds and excellent leisure organization. It is very gratifying to see that the quality of service remains at such a high level year after year. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, professionalism and spirit! You make me want to come back again and again. We're looking forward to seeing you again! This is the 14th time we've visited this hotel. We choose him because of his fantastic staff and well-kept grounds. Also because of the good food and the neat, comfortable rooms. As always, we would like to express our great gratitude to Elifa (Elife), Suna (Suna) and Zeynep (Zeynep) from the reception for the warm welcome and the resolution of all issues. For the pleasant service we thank the waiters of the main restaurant Muslum O., Ilyas B., Ugur C., Serhad Y. C., Duygu U., the head waiter Filiz T. and the waiters of the beach restaurant Cahit E. and our friend Omer Y. Also thank you for the sincerity and smile of "towel mistress" Gulfari Y. For the good service we thank the lobby bar waitress Aimira A. A. It is because of these people that we return to "Delphin" every year 😍. As for other points, we are disappointed with the quality of the beach loungers and mattresses. I mentioned this last year and the year before, but the situation has not improved one bit. Even the opposite. The same can be said of the evening show programmes. Sadly, not much changes from year to year. We'll come back to this hotel one or two more times, but if the aforementioned things don't change for the better, we'll have to look for something else😒.
