We booked this hotel with a budget in mind so we knew it was not going to be spectacular. However for the most part it served it's purpose. The staff were friendly, had to use Google translate with some of rhe reception staff but that was not a problem. The hotel itself could do with a lick of paint but it was clean. The room was basic a double and a single. All rooms have a balcony either facing the pool or the main road. TV channels were all in Turkish but again I wouldn't have expected anything different. The bathroom was clean but again dated. Shower done the job. Hot water if required and was quite powerful. Pool area was small but adequate for the number of guests, various music played throughout the day, some English and some in Turkish. Food, if you only like English food then this is not the hotel for you. Breakfast consisted of salad dishes, local cereals, boiled eggs, cheeses and lots of Melon. Coffee machine worked fine. You didn't need to add any sugar as drinks were already sweet enough. Only tea available was Turkish tea but I will be honest it didn't taste any different from british breakfast tea.Fruit juice machine is very sweet/syrup. We would take half a glass and top the rest with water. Lunch and dinner. Different soups each day and they were all ok in fairness. As Muslim country, meats were chicken and beef. Normally either one or both were available at meal times. Food dishes contained herbs with them which helped. Desert consisted of blancmange and/or donut type cakes dripped in Syrup. Fruits available was Orange, grapes, Melon and Peach, normally 2 of each at any meal time. There is no evening entertainment so you will need to entertain yourself or hit the many restaurants and bars if you want more action. The all Inclusive was local Effes beer, soft drinks and red or white wine. No spirits at all, not even to purchase. Was available 11am -11pm. Location is very central, 5 min walk to the water park, 10 mins to the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Do check your bills in the restaurants as a couple of occasions we had items added which we did not order. The bag and clothes Shops are open to negotiation on prices. Noise levels were fine. We could sometimes hear the children next to us through the walls but nothing major. Negatives - no WiFi in the rooms and WiFi around the pool was very intermittent. Also no beach towel rental available so we went to the shop and purchased our own. The food whilst ok for our means could benefit from a bit more of a selection, however it is a small hotel so I do see while they do have a limited selection. The hotel have one iron which had gone missing so we were unable to iron clothes. Even the receptionist joked that the owner is a bit tight. Overall If your looking for a cheap break and don't want 5 star luxury etc then this place I would recommend. Better for couples or couples with a baby as the lack of entertainment could lead to older children being a bit bored.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, close all the city's notables, Cleopatra beach, infrastructure, in general all be walking distance. Relaxing in this hotel for 5 years spring and autumn. I like it all and it's fine, according to the hotel's price and stardom. The staff is polite, the rooms are cleaned daily, everything is fine. Tried once in another hotel four stars, but I was not satisfied with the location of the hotel, the beach. So this time he went back to the time-tested calving. Whoever comes to rest to enjoy themselves, I recommend everyone.

We rested in the hotel in September 2025. In the room , 24 hours after check-in they found bedbugs. Immediately changed the number, (the number with bedbugs was 409) There was no animal in the other room. But I do not rule out that there are bedbugs in other rooms, as everywhere is very old and shattered furniture , just a paradise for bedbugs. The problem is serious. The hotel should be closed for processing. A few years ago, we vacationed in this hotel, it didn't happen. For me, it blew away the rest. They've had a very poor diet, they're saving on everything. Although it is no longer so important, after the presence of bedbugs. So unless you want to bring these animals home with you, I recommend you refrain from visiting this hotel.
