Dinler Hotel Alanya

We are still staying at the hotel. The room cleaning is very bad. Despite being here for 5 days, the room has only been cleaned once. Today, despite telling the woman responsible for cleaning the rooms on the 4th floor several times, she didn't come to clean. We complained to the reception twice, and they only came and cleaned around 3 pm. So, it was cleaned after we mentioned it 5 times... This is unacceptable. She was a very grumpy woman. She said she wasn't available and had to clean other rooms because she was in a hurry... It's not a problem for us to stay in a dirty room, but does she have the right to clean whichever room she wants? All customers have equal rights.

We were at Kırbıyık Resort last week and left very satisfied overall. To be honest, we had some hesitations before going, but we felt reassured from the moment we were greeted at reception. The staff were really helpful and friendly; they always assisted us without hesitation whenever we needed anything. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the housekeeping staff checked on them regularly every day. The buffet was quite extensive; we found something different and delicious every evening, I can say we never went hungry. Its proximity to the sea was also a great advantage, and the atmosphere by the pool and the small activities throughout the day added extra enjoyment to the holiday. In short, it's a place that's worth the money, where you can relax and have a good time. Thanks to the entire team for their efforts; it's a hotel we would definitely choose again.

We came here for our honeymoon. Our room was decorated with flowers and hearts, and fruit wine was served. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and the food was varied and delicious. We had 4 nights full of fun, thank you Kırbıyık Resort family!
