Eftalia Down Town

We come back to this hotel every year because we always have such a great experience. The location is excellent in a lovely area with easy access to other places. The hotel itself is amazing. The staff are friendly, welcoming and always there to help whenever needed. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the housekeeping team are lovely and do a fantastic job. The waiter Ismail who was very helpful and always did his job to a high standard. His service and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The views from the hotel were also beautiful and added to the experience. We will 100% be staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

had a lovely 2 weeks for my birthday ,really good location only 10 mins walk to the main town with plenty of shops and eaterys on the way ,the rooms were just average size but enough, cleaned every day and towel changed, the food was good always found something to eat even though Im a burger and fries man ,never heard much noise at all and all the staff were very helpful

Hotel on very busy street where traffic passes all day. Hotel room is small, bathroom small and unsuitable for fat people. Cleaning is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good and sufficient, but the same every day. Could be said to people with bare bellies and bare fines. Pool in too small for the number of guests. For breakfast, towels are laid out by the pool to reserve the cots. Hammam is good, but there is a lot of pressure to take more treatments. Drinks at hotel bar are expensive. For beach across the street, a discounted ticket can be purchased for beach beds and umbrella. Service there is friendly, behave Erdal who is totally unsuitable as a waiter.
