Eftalia Resort

We had a great time as a family at the hotel and created many wonderful memories. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and very, very kind. My children and I had so much fun at the animation activities; the foam party, karaoke, and Turkish night events were wonderful. My children and I raced each other on the water park slides and we didn't even realize how time flew by. The hotel's pools are very clean, and they place great importance on hygiene. The hotel offers a wide variety of delicious food, including international cuisine. I tried sushi here and realized it wasn't to my taste. However, I noticed that both foreign and local tourists take more food than they can eat on their plates and don't eat most of it, resulting in a lot of food waste. They have 24-hour hot and cold beverage service. Since I don't drink alcohol, I opted for tea and coffee. We would like to thank the hotel staff, especially Ms. Feyza Kurt and Ms. Jena, the waiters, and the cleaning staff. We had a lot of fun as a family and were very pleased. I'll recommend it to my friends when I get back home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to create peaceful, happy, and beautiful holiday memories. Hopefully, we will come to Xeno Eftalia Resort Hotel again next year. We have now become a family based on mutual trust and love.

The animators were excellent; they were always attentive and helpful, inviting us to every event they could find. We sang at karaoke, danced at a foam party, and had a blast. Darta was very enjoyable, I gave it a low rating. I washed with ice water, I was freezing at first, but then it felt good, I felt cool, we laughed a lot. We recommend the hotel, it's small but everything is within easy reach, it's clean, there's alcohol 24 hours, the food is good, you won't go hungry. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews; you won't find this quality at this price. There might be some shortcomings, but they're negligible. A huge thank you to the animation team; they all worked very hard and treated us wonderfully.

The hotel was disappointing overall. The food lacked variety, the cleanliness was below standard, and another issue was that all the outdoor lights were turned off at around midnight. Guests who wanted to spend some quiet time in the garden after 12:00 a.m. had to sit in the dark, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. I would not choose to stay here again.Please make sure reading my review before booking the hotel.
