Ergun Hotel

Ergun hotel 3 stars.. I was there in July 2026 with my mom and daughter. The hotel seems nice. But for 10 days the sheets were not changed even once. We ate there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One night our three-year-old daughter felt sick and vomited, dirtying the sheets. At the reception in the lobby they showed us the dirty sheets, asked us what happened, and charged us 40 euros for the cleaning. Does a laundry service cost 40 euros in Turkey? They did not give us a receipt nor did they provide us with adequate service. Wi-Fi at the hotel is for a fee. You can find all the positive aspects in the other reviews. Among the negative aspects is that it is impossible to sleep at night… the city center is very noisy.

The most perfect location in Alanya, the hotel was clean, the service was excellent. Fresh cooked food on the grill each night and delicious salads. The all inclusive is limited to beer and wine and local gin and vodka but the do sell cheap cocktails that were delicious. The beach is very close, the shops are also very close and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The pool is small but was never busy there are a limited amount of sinners but the views from there and the roof top bar and restaurant were amazing! All in all excellent value for money and we will be back!

We are vacationing with my husband at this hotel for the second year in a row, and we chose September again. We are here again now, and our impressions are only confirmed. To be honest, before the trip, I specifically went to read recent reviews and was mildly surprised. I don't know where the people who write negativity are looking—it's some kind of fable from another reality. Our experience says otherwise. Staff is a separate art! They recognized us again, greeted us like old friends with the words "We are happy to see you again!" — it was incredibly pleasant. All requests are fulfilled instantly, no one walks around with a sour face, everyone sincerely tries to make you feel like a welcome guest. The kitchen is finger-licking good. It even seemed to me that it became even tastier this year! (Although, maybe I just missed you after a year). But the choice of dishes, freshness, and presentation are beyond praise. Thank you very much, chef. Location is everything. A very nice place: the sea is nearby, the infrastructure around is developed, but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful on the territory. This hotel is a solid "three-star" with a huge plus. I would even say that it is family-like in its atmosphere: cozy, intimate, and safe. In general, if you want to really relax, where you are fed, watered, and smiled at—this is the place for you. We will return here again—not approximately, but exactly, we already know that.
