Once again we had a great stay at GoldCity. Great service in reception when we arrived late at night and in general we had great service at the different bars, in the buffet restaurant and reception. A huge thanx to Eda Z. who helped us answering questions before arrival and during our stay and waiter Huseiyn was fantastic this year also together with the other staff. Aqua park is great and kids had much fun. When an accident happened to a family member, we experienced great help and kindness from all staff members and great service.

Had one very nice stay, nice hotel, nice people who worked there, pleasant environment even with a lot of people. There are lots of guests occupying sunbeds they don’t use, the cleaning and food at the ala carte restaurant could have been better.

Last night flew to Kazan and it is probably time to write a review about your stay at the GoldCity Hotel from 22.07.2026 to 29.07.2026. We decided to visit Turkey this year. Took a long time to find and choose a hotel suitable with children. And this hotel hit me with the first photos and video reviews, it was decided to book it. The tour operator warned me it was far from the airport. Well, it was GOLDCITY that was chosen anyway. 2 rooms were booked as there are 5 of us (2nd and 3rd local). We flew in this morning closer to 9, one hour late, got rich and on our way. We were the last to arrive at the hotel, tired, hungry. It was 2:30 p.m. Put on bracelets and send us out for a snack bar. In the place of 2 rooms given a three-room room (3 rooms, combined hall+kitchen, 2 san knot + room with washing machine) on the 3rd floor of the main building, as there were no empty rooms nearby. No extra charge. A gorgeous view from the sea window. The views and the atmosphere are gorgeous. It's so beautiful. The mountains, the sea, the city - you can see it from every corner of the hotel. Every day went to the sea, taking into account traffic lights 15 min. Swimmed in the water park, the slides are excellent and in the pool. The entrance to the sea is normal, little rocks. There, on the beach snack bar, you will not be hungry and various soft drinks and also of alcohol - beer. The main restaurant is also great with plenty of seating. It's delicious. Beef, lamb, chicken in various variations, fish, turkey, liver, meatballs and more. Desserts with fresh strawberries and cherries. Watermelons, melon and other basic fruits. There were even rolls, but on the amateur (no fish). There is also a snack bar near the pool, the gozleme. Ice cream of various kinds (chocolate, filling, fruit ice and others). As for the cleaning, everything was clean, cleaned every day, changed towels. Wi-Fi is free of charge in the entire hotel. The animation is great. In the evenings different show artists perform in the amphitheatre. I also visited a spa, my husband didn't want to, not a massage fan. And I was talking. 60mins of massage flew by like a minute. Osman gave me a massage! I just can't keep quiet! I want to shout at the world about your talent. You're not just a masseur, you're a real doctor for the soul and the body. After your course, I forgot what fatigue was. Thank you for every time, for the kind words you said during the session, for the energy you gave. I often said the body was like a log, and you worked with them so carefully and persistently. Thanks for helping me relax. You're the sun! I'd come back here again and again!
