Overall: a solid "three" with nuances, the location saves it The hotel left mixed impressions. If you are willing to overlook tired numbers for the first line and good food, then you can live. But be prepared for a number of specific rules and restrictions. Numbers: lottery with a greeting from the past The first thing you need to know: the numbers are very old. Upon check-in, we got a room that resembled a Soviet guesthouse from the 1970s—it was depressing. However, don't be afraid to go to the reception and ask for a replacement. They met us halfway, and the second number was noticeably better (although still not claiming to be new). Also, a tip: if you are given terrible towels or old bed linen upon check-in, immediately ask for a replacement; the staff reacts appropriately and changes everything. Food: simple, but tasty The kitchen here is without frills, it lacks "stars" from the sky. The food is simple, homemade, but also tasty and fresh. You won't go hungry, but don't expect gastronomic revelations — you can easily make this food at home. Location and infrastructure: sea nearby, but the regime is strict A huge plus is that it's on the first line, the sea is very close. But there is an important nuance: the gates to the beach close after 7:00 PM. At the same time, the pool stops working. It won't be possible to swim in the evening or sit by the water on the hotel grounds. Also, the location is excellent for walks. If you want to walk around Mahmutlar, this is a great opportunity. The Saturday market is not as far as the shopping centers. There are public transport stops nearby from which you can get to Alanya easily and inexpensively. Service and contingent The maids clean well, there are no complaints about the cleanliness. Guest demographic: approximately 60-70% Russian-speaking guests, about 15% are Turks and guests from Muslim countries, the rest are Europeans (English, Finns, Germans). From household inconveniences: there is no hot water as usual. Maximum average warm, but sometimes even that wasn't there and we had to settle for cold. Be ready either to wash with cold water or to wait. Similar outages happened periodically. A spoonful of pitch (a funny incident) A curious situation happened during the vacation in the last few days. My wife and I were just "kissing" in the pool (an innocent kiss) when a hotel employee approached us and asked us not to do that, arguing that we were "corrupting Muslim children." Keep this in mind—showing emotions in public is strictly regulated here, even if it looks completely harmless. Result: It can only be recommended to those for whom living by the sea is important, who are ready to put up with the Soviet fatigue of the rooms and strict rules. For your money (if the price is not high) - tolerable.

We went from Ankara and stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. The cleanliness was good, the food wasn't bad, it was acceptable. The sea was very rocky, it ruined our feet. The hotel wasn't like the pictures. There was no change in the evenings; they danced to the same music for 5 nights. That's all. The rooms were quite old, the bed was very bad. The staff were friendly. There was very little variety in the food. If you go to the very end, there's nothing left. It was an acceptable holiday.

I was stranded between August 9, 2026 and August 14, 2026. - He more than earns the money he receives. The variety of food is limited, but no one will go hungry. There's salad, there are appetizers, there's dessert... The selection of drinks is decent; there's plenty of tea, coffee, and water, and no shortage of alcoholic beverages. The pool gets deeper gradually; the 1.35 m section is crowded, but the deeper part is almost completely empty. You access the sea through an underpass belonging to the hotel; it's practically beachfront. The sea is slightly wavy and has a rocky bottom, making it difficult to swim without water shoes. The staff are very hardworking, like busy young people. Whatever you ask for, they immediately help you with a smile. There seems to be animation, but I wish there wasn't; that's the weakest part. They've put one young guy there, he does whatever he wants, he's neither fun nor friendly. Every evening it's just kids' songs and karaoke, that's it. Considering the price you'll pay, it's a very, very good hotel.
