Hotel Sun Fire Beach

This is a terrible, awful hotel, I would never recommend it. The service is zero, the attention is zero, the cleanliness is terrible, the food is awful, there's a disgusting smell in the hotel, the pool is dirty. Never go there, it's a waste of your money. They literally treat people like they're making a mockery of them.

The hotel is awful! Believe me, we are very picky, we lived in mediocre 3-star places before, but this hotel surpassed everything!! Upon arrival, you will be met with a quest to extort money for the room. When we arrived at the reception, there were three people: a bearded Turk, a red-haired Turk, and a Kazakh. They immediately asked for $40 for the sea view, and when they learned that we didn't need it, it started.... The hotel has very many terrible rooms. Near the dining room door, near the public toilet, with a balcony overlooking the dining room, in semi-basement rooms, right behind the pool loungers, with windows into the wall, without a balcony, without windows.... In short, they know how to extort money. We went for the principle and got room 316 on the 4th (3rd) floor, with a view of the hotel and neighboring building walls, the roof where men's underwear was hanging, and a terrace bordering the neighboring room through low railings. The room has two beds, 80 cm wide, the room has no window, only a balcony door, so you can't really open the curtain because of the neighbors, there are 3 lamps with 6-watt bulbs, of which two were working, peeling wallpaper, mold in the bathroom..... in general, trash. Among the pros - the air conditioner and TV worked, there was even a refrigerator (which is actually a paid option at this hotel), the hairdryer worked, there was hot water, and everyone got 2 towels + slippers in the shower. After talking to other guests, we realized that this is not the worst option for us. Who came here with the motto "the main thing is the sea" - it's a bust too, the sea is across the road, with heavy traffic, the underpass from the hotel is closed, you need to exit the hotel, walk to another entrance and go down there, there's always a puddle up to the ankle, potholes, and no light, you can easily get hurt The beach itself is very dirty, no, not so, VERY DIRTY!!!!! Sand in cigarette butts, seed husks, broken glass, cat excrement..... The sunbeds are one scarier than the other, dirty, broken, all the umbrellas are broken, torn, but you have to manage to take them because there are only about 30 of them for the whole hotel. The entrance to the sea is blocked by a slab, rocks start about chest-high, it is dangerous to swim without slippers. There are no lifeguards, no toilet-shower, no bar, the only amenity is a hose for washing your feet. pool. In the pool, you can only stand. Because it is packed with Turks, like a can of sprats. In the hotel, 80 or 85% are TURKS, and from somewhere in the central part, grain farmers-tractors. Absolutely unburdened by upbringing. As I understood it, they are given "union" vouchers here for 3-5 days and they let loose completely, drinking, smoking, littering, the children are absolutely wild. I saw the pool being cleaned only once in 9 days. And the sea - you can't even see the bottom, the water is so murky. At the end of August, a group of Turks with disabilities arrived, blind, lame, in wheelchairs, with autism, and the hotel was completely unsuitable for them.... food.... well, the canteen is a separate story, rushing around to get a table and food.... however, surprisingly, there was always chicken legs/breast and fish herring/mackerel/trout once. For breakfast, only boiled eggs and like baursaki without anything (if I managed to get them in the first half hour), no porridge, no yogurts, no buns, no pancakes, no scrambled eggs.... For some reason, there was no baked goods other than buns and baursaks. For lunch-dinner, there were wet desserts and jellies. From fruits, there was always watermelon and additionally apples/alicha/oranges well, looking from the outside, 3 is still appealing, unlike everything else For drinks - 2 coffee machines, 2 juice machines like Yupi, tea. In the bar, Coke-Fanta-Sprite (often something was missing), vodka-gin-rakis, diluted beer, and red/white wine (my body refused to accept it). animation - was absent Turkish music and dances of the peoples of northern Turkey in the evenings, you can watch it one more time, then we ran in shock to walk outside the hotel In general, I would say the hotel has low social responsibility. If packages here were sold for 90 thousand for two for 14 days, you could still find something good... but the packages here are in the mid-range segment, and that's 1-2 stars maximum, not 4 stars as claimed. By the way, on Yandex it's 2 stars. If you want to survive, not just relax with your money - then welcome

Friends, this hotel is terrible. The rooms are very dirty and old. Don't be fooled by the 4-star rating. Customer satisfaction is zero. The food is very bad, and the staff's behavior is very arrogant and unpleasant. I will never even go near this hotel again.
