I booked this hotel online with my friend. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was ok but a traditional style one. It was cleaned everyday. The cleaning lady was sweet to us, and the chief receptionist was also helpful and sweet. I enjoyed most of my holiday near pool side and beach with a drink. My friend and I liked the desserts specially and breakfast open buffet, they were really delicious. The animation was poor indeed. In summary, I loved Alanya and International Hotel and wish to come back next year with my family.

If you have a cheap deal and you just want a cheap and cheerful base for you holiday then this hotel is the right choice. The hotel is basic but clean and is in a good location. The all inclusive option however is not worth the money no matter how little you have paid. The food is awful. There are very few options that are always cold and none of the options appear to go together. It is left out in the heat for several hours and reappears the next day poorly disguised as something else if there are any leftovers. There are plenty of lovely restaurants about though - didnt have a poor meal outside of the hotel. There is a lovely kebab shop 5 mins right of the hotel that does great value meal deals. The drinks available on the all inc. are beer, wine, vodka and gin. During our stay they ran out of vodka for 48 hrs !!! Soft drink are available but they are from a bottle that is obviously a supermarket value range - the bottle goes in and out of the freezer so is cold but also flat. The all inc. finishes at ten pm - earlier if they had their way !!! At the bar at ten too ten and they tried to charge for drinks. The young girl who works on reception in the day is very helpful and tries to help where she can - the couple that own the hotel appear like a sweet old couple at first- that is until you try to get a drink at ten too ten !!! The pool is nice and is on the front of property with the main road running in front of it. I thought this would put me off lying around the pool but actually it was fine. The advertise that they have a private beach. There is a part of the beach{across the road} called international but you still have to pay for sunbeds and drinks. Witnessed a couple being sternly told off when they dared to take a beer across the road to the beach with them. The rooms were not cleaned at all in the whole week and we had to ask for fresh towels. Air con in the two rooms we had was fab. Like I said - unless you get a bargain basement self catering deal then I wouldn't bother going.

This hotel is very dated (70s style) and is in desperate need of a refurbishment. Arrived at the hotel in the early hours and checked in fairly quickly and shown to our very yellow room! we had a double and a single bed squeezed in to a small room. The bathroom was very cramped and although clean, was very tatty. The shower curtain was far too small and had to flush the toilet with a piece of string as the flush button had broken off. The pool was ok but had no privacy from the main road, not even a fence! the area surrounding the pool was dangerous as there was broken tiles and holes which were covered by sunbeds! The food served to those that were paying to eat in the restaurant was 100% better than the all inclusive 'slops'. The all inclusive food was an absolute disaster! 'hot' foods were never hot and nothing was covered and left out for up to two hours in 35 degree heat. What was left over from mealtimes was served up the following day(even leftover scrambled egg!!) either in the salads or as part of another dish. This concerned us as they had already spent 2 hours out uncovered the previous day in the heat. All inclusive drinks consisted of beer, vodka and horrible juice. Everything else you had to pay for. AI ended at 10pm on the dot! The hotel is right opposite a beautiful, clean beach where we spent most of our days. The beach attendant was a lovely man and always made sure we got a nice spot. The all inclusive does not extend to the beach. Staff- young lady in reception during the day was lovely and seemed embarrassed of the hotel and the rules! The old lady owner was horrid! None of the staff would go out of their way for all inclusive guests but would for those paying for drinks and food. Was really made to feel second class. This hotel is visited by all European nationalities such as russian, german, swedish, uk etc but this was not an issue for us and we had a good laugh with all of them. This hotel offers no entertainment at all. Would never go back nor recommend it to anyone. I know you get what you pay for but this hotel is just beyond!
