Justiniano Beach Hotel

So I have never experienced such a bad hotel, since my arrival day I only have problems. I arrived with my family on 06.06.25 on 07.06.25. Had booked a room with partial sea view, I was given a room which is really run down and very stank of sewerage after operating the toilet flush. We noticed this immediately after moving into the room as the daughter (8 years) had used the toilet, immediately I went to the reception and mentioned this, I was told that the manager was not there and I should come later so I was left alone with my problem first. Afternoon I talked to the manager and I was offered another room for 70€ which I had to accept. This gives you extra earnings as the receipt for this is only designed for upgrade. In the room we noticed the next day that the shower is not draining properly and the water is to the ankle, I complained about this and nothing was done the next day after the shower it pushed all the dirt back into the shower that the shower with all the dirt was under water and smelled quite like sewerage. The hotel has definitely not been renovated as it says on the internet pictures I like to attach if possible. By the way, it should also be stated in the offers inside that this is a pure retirement home apparently this hotel is sufficient for the older fellow human beings. But what for the same money much better hotels and also has much clean rooms. If you look at the pictures you can already see that this was definitely not renovated in 2025 With me now everything runs through the travel agency and through my lawyer

Great place. If you'r looking for a rest good beach great sea that's the right place. Food is average. Many historical trips. Shopping poor. Small village nothing much to do at close range but fine beach wonderful sea

Nice holiday in hotel Aska Just in Beach. The hotel is located just on beach, and not far from shopping center Avsallar. The problem with this hotel should be lunch time which starts from 12:00-14:00 while breakfast ends at 11:00. The beach is sandy and narrow and gives impression that there is not enough sunbeds & umbrellas. Threfore you must get up early every day at 7 a.m. in order to catch some free sunbeds. Umbrellas on the beach are completely disaster (made from reed) with 0% protection. The hotel should replace all umbrellas imediatelly. All other things are ok. There's a nice pool incl. children area + additional pool with fantastic see view.
