The hotel's undeniable plus point is its location, close to the beach and all the attractions, because of this it was chosen. Also, without animation. Small, could be cozy, basically, everything you need to eat. But the hotel doesn't pull four stars, rather three. Cleanliness is medium, towels are gray, it doesn't seem to have been changed once in 10 days. There were 3rd of us, with only 2 towels, we had to go ask for 3rd. The TV doesn't work, and God knows what with it, not needed on vacation. But the air conditioning, because there were three of us - my husband and I and my teenage daughter, her bed was set up as if in the hallway of a room, there was nothing but the bed, then the door led to our room and shower toilet. Our air conditioning wasn't enough to cool her room, especially at night, or we had to make it so cold. As for the hotel silence, well, that's lucky, you can definitely hear the muezzin at 4 a.m. We had noisy neighbors screaming at night, someone falling into the pool in the morning, cats screaming and a grief-stricken man. A loaf of food, I know how to describe it, something can always be found, of course, a buffet, still, but for some days it was hot at all tasted bad, and none. It's normal for a few days. Anyway, who doesn't care so much about the food aspect, the norms. The staff, friendly, try, but the hotel has been asking for repairs for a long time. Anyway, the mixed experience of the hotel...

It's not the first time you've holidayed at the Remi. Used to be here twice about 10 years ago, so there's what to compare. Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated markedly during this time. The main plus is the great location. Quiet centre, nearby shops, cafes and sea, while no noise. But the condition of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Drinking water is only given when you move in, then not replenished. There aren't even regular glasses in the room. At the same time, I want to thank the staff. The staff of the reception, restaurant and hamam are very polite, attentive and always willing to help. The hotel is suitable for those who like a relaxing vacation without noise or animation, rather people older of age. For families with children, I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel is not large, near the main attractions of Alanya . It- Fortress, Damlatash cave, museum, Cleopatra beach, etc. The hotel itself is without grounds, but modern, cozy, clean, the pool is small. The hotel is clean everywhere. The room was in good condition, everything worked. The receptionists are friendly staff. The restaurant fed well, though there wasn't much choice. The dishes were delicious and fresh. We loved everything about this hotel. Very well suited for those who want to see the sights of Alanya, go to the beaches of Cleopatra and take excursions.
