Krizantem

I was unfortunately not satisfied with my stay at the Kaila Krizantem Hotel. The cleaning did not live up to what was promised. The floor in the room was not cleaned during the entire stay and the linens were not changed, although the hotel states that it is changed twice a week. It was just saved. I also asked that the room and bathroom were made properly clean, but it was not done. There was still sand on the floor in the bathroom and at the toilet. The experience in the restaurant was not good either. The meat was not fried, and when I asked to have it fried, the staff took the plate and threw the food out. I didn't get a new right or an explanation, and the situation was just ignored. I hope the hotel will improve the cleaning and handling of guest inquiries in the future.

The holiday and accommodation were wonderful, but there were a few points to consider. The food was really good, the presentation was nice, befitting a 4-star hotel. A few staff members in the restaurant were very friendly. I especially want to mention Ms. İpek, the guest relations manager; she tries to attend to everyone individually and is a huge plus for the hotel. He was very helpful in many ways, both in conversation and in his demeanor, and I would like to express my thanks.
