Krizantem Hotel

We were at the Kaila Krizantem Hotel from 08/29 to 09/04 and had a wonderful and completely pleasant vacation. ❤️🌴 We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. We found it especially nice that we were even able to get something to eat late at night. After the long journey, that was a truly great and warm gesture. 🥰 A very special thank you goes to Ramona at the front desk. She was incredibly nice, attentive, and always took our wishes into account. The entire team was also admirably fast, attentive, and helpful. You can tell that everyone here is working with a lot of dedication and heart. Our room was cleaned very thoroughly and was always clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable there and were able to enjoy our vacation in a pleasant atmosphere. We also liked the food very much. Everything the heart desires was there, and there was something for every taste. 🍽️ Many thanks to the entire team for the warm hospitality and the wonderful time! ❤️ We really enjoyed staying with you, felt completely at home, and would love to come back. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Kaila Krizantem Hotel! 🌴☀️ Necdet K.

We had a very nice and enjoyable holiday at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, airy and modern, and the cleanliness was excellent. The food was varied and delicious. The beach area is really beautiful, the sea and the atmosphere are very enjoyable. The animation team was also excellent; the daytime activities and evening programs added a nice touch to our holiday. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness were excellent overall. I would especially like to thank Ms. İpek. He was really attentive to us throughout our holiday, helped us with everything, and made us feel very comfortable. His sincerity and communication with guests were truly wonderful; his attentiveness was one of the things that pleased us most at the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful time and left the hotel with beautiful memories. I would like to thank the entire team, especially Ms. İpek, for everything. I'm definitely planning to come again next year.
