We had an unforgettable holiday at MC Arancia Resort. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the pools are fantastic, and the beach is just perfect. The food was delicious with a huge variety every day, and the entertainment team made every evening fun and enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the bar. The atmosphere was always lively, the drinks were perfectly prepared, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Enes, the bartender. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and always serves every guest with a smile. His positive energy, kindness, and amazing cocktails made our holiday even more memorable. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent work and hospitality. Zumba with mia is perfectooo we like it thank you mia. All the staff were welcoming, helpful, and always ready to make our stay comfortable. We felt like valued guests throughout our vacation. We highly recommend MC Arancia Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Turkey. We can't wait to come back again. We had an amazing stay at MC Arancia Resort! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The food offers a great variety and everything is well organized. The bar was one of the best parts of our stay. The bartenders were incredibly kind, professional, and always served drinks with a smile. There was a wide selection of cocktails, soft drinks, and other beverages, all prepared quickly and with great quality. Even when the bar was busy, the service was fast and efficient. The bartenders created a fun and relaxing atmosphere that made every visit enjoyable. Zumba with mia is perfecttoo we like it thank you mia. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend MC Arancia Resort to anyone looking for a great holiday. We can’t wait to come back!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I would expect from a five-star establishment. The most shocking incident occurred at exactly 2:00 pm while guests were still eating lunch. The restaurant lights were switched off because they were apparently on a timer, despite the restaurant being open until 2:00 pm. I approached the restaurant manager to express my concern, but he simply told me the lights were on a time setting. I explained that it is disrespectful to leave paying guests eating in the dark. How can diners comfortably finish their meals, and how are staff expected to clean the restaurant safely with inadequate lighting? This also raises obvious health and hygiene concerns. I then spoke to the General Manager, hoping the issue would be taken seriously. Instead, I was told I was being petty and rude. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional. A hotel that claims to offer five-star service should welcome feedback and address legitimate concerns rather than belittle guests. There are also clear safety issues throughout the hotel. The floors and lift areas are frequently wet because there are no proper entrance mats to absorb water. My three-year-old grandson slipped as a result. This is an accident waiting to happen and should be addressed urgently. Another disappointing change was the removal of the complimentary ice cream during the busiest part of the afternoon. It used to be available from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm, making it ideal for families with children. It has now been moved to 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, after the peak demand has passed. It feels like a deliberate cost-cutting measure at the expense of guests, particularly families. The hotel itself is tired, outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment. It is clearly understaffed. On several occasions, guests had to fetch their own cutlery and ask staff for plates because they had run out. This is unacceptable for any hotel claiming to be five-star. Overall, this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The poor service, lack of attention to guest comfort, safety concerns and dismissive management mean I would not recommend it. I would strongly advise families, especially those with young children, to think carefully before booking.
