May Garden Club Hotel

I want everyone to know how terrible this hotel is. First when you arrive the woman on the reception is very impolite. They start charging you when you arrive. There is no free wi fi, you have to pay 14 euro for 7 days for 1 device. We were 5 families with children, 3 of the families were accommodated in rooms with no windows, you enter and there is the bed and really small bathroom, the rooms smelled liked hell of mold. In each room was some kind of problem and when you ask for change they want you to pay extra between 20 and 45 euro! The food is chicken, fish and vice versa, we had mekici 6 days for breakfast. You can`t put as much food as you want the staff is putting food in the plates. For Turkish people they put more and better pieces. Everyone from the staff especially the bartenders are looking at you like you owe them something!!! The beer and the other alcohol is served in small plastic cups. The bar on the beach has only coffee and juices which are terrible, beer and ice cream are paid!!! When you sit to have breakfast, lunch or dinner the staff is coming and taking your plate or glass even if you haven`t finished. I don`t recommend this awful place to anyone!

Food is terrible. Tasteless, poor choice. They are preparing barbecue outdoor next to the pool and smoke goes onto the rooms above it. Hotel is filled with drunk loud Russians nobody controls. Noise continues even at night, impossible to sleep. Staff speak russian only, so communicating is not possible. There is no free internet even in the lobby. 20eur for 10 days for only one device. Free stuff (included in "all inclusive" is awful, worst beer we ever tried. Outdoor area with bars stinks of cheep vine. Beach bar is not open during the whole day. Sauna not working, fitness center not working. Would not recommend.

This "hotel" is one big tragedy. The dirt is everywhere! Literally everywhere. Food cannot be called food. It's not even about monotony, but that everything was tasteless. The rooms are the second embarrassment. On a good day, you get a special offer for you only 12 euros per week that the room is a revelation, later it turns out that the service does not want to spend the change and it is 20 euros .. In the room it turns out that the shower and TV do not work and the air conditioning is so moldy that during your vacation you start to get sick and you come back to the country sick ... 😶 The hotel staff are sleeping on mattresses on the mezzanines .. On mattresses .. Beach (dirty), rocky bottom, it was supposed to be private. There is morning. In the afternoon, the locals come without bands, taking all access to the entrance to the sea and occupying sun loungers. Beach bar - water, juice from the dispenser in 100ml cups. Another aspect - communication. If you don't know Russian, you won't get along ... I don't recommend even to my worst enemy to stay in this hotel ...
