Really a crappy hotel.. we had booked 10 nights and so far. We had read the reviews beforehand and there were both good and bad ones. We agreed that we all see/experience things differently, so we ordered. But wow, how disappointed we were. Bad service at the reception, really bad food, had to stand and wait to get a cup + cutlery because they didn't have enough service for everyone. Got beer served in small juice glasses several times because they didn't have enough service. We only had the towels/bedding changed on the 5th day, even though we had left used towels on the floor and pressed the clean the room button. When we complained about the different things, we were rejected and laughed at, and we were ignored for the rest of our vacation. The Sunweb we traveled with was not of much help. We applied to be moved to another hotel and were offered a hotel that was just as crappy but for a higher price of 2700, (2 people) and for the 6 nights we had left. We had already paid 13,100. So no thanks from here. Now we are going to start complaining to Sunweb (in addition to the 5 times we did while we were on holiday). So our recommendation is DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AND DO NOT TRAVEL WITH SUNWEB if you want a good vacation

I want to leave my honest review about the Cleopatra Melissa hotel. We were resting (if that can be called it) from September 7 to September 16, 2026. Pros: 1. The hotel is located on the first line of the coast. 2. The Wi-Fi is okay, but it's a paid 2 euros per day and only for one device. That's it! From the negatives: 1. The reception doesn't help guests at all! No one offered to help with the suitcases for the girls. They don't react to complaints. Why are they even needed there then? 2. The room stock is old, the sheets in the room are torn, the lamp is missing, and the air conditioner only works if you hit it for about 5-10 minutes (literally!). It only turned on like this every time. The bathroom is small. 3. The room cleaning is bad. Upon check-in, there were dirty spots on the sink, the floor was dirty, and the blankets were dusty. During our stay, they cleaned here, but very superficially. 4. The WORST thing is the NOISE in the rooms!!! I have a feeling that you literally live with your neighbors! Even during a normal conversation, you can hear them almost verbatim in the other room! At first, we were even scared at night, it felt like strangers had entered the room! In response to our complaints and requests to change the room number, because our neighbors were talking and turning on the TV from 3 to 6 in the morning, the reception answered: They are Russian too. "Talk to them yourself." Here's the help 🤷‍♀️ 5. The furniture in the lobby is also old and worn out, and it's not very comfortable to sit on. There is no air conditioner. 6. The meal on 3-, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is given for 1.5 hours. The rest of the time, only a bar with a minimal selection is open. The food itself is the cheapest. Overall, you can still find something for lunch and dinner, breakfast is so-so. Especially coffee like from a 3 in 1 packet. 7. There is no water in the rooms. You have to buy it in a store, or only drink it at a bar. In the end, the vacation was ruined, they fell for the normal reviews. But in fact, I highly recommend paying extra and getting a four-star hotel. The price difference isn't big enough to outweigh all the downsides of this hotel!

Reception where you had to act as a go-between to get something to drink at 11:30 PM. Breakfast was terrible. Too few chairs and tables so no room for breakfast. Then coffee. Unfortunately, not enough cups, and no coffee either. Tasteless breakfast, little choice. In short, not recommended
