Monart City Hotel

Great hotel, the hospitality was super, the ladies at the reception help you wonderfully. Heidy especially helped us a lot. Nothing was too much for her.

We stayed at this hotel from September 9, 2026. We arrived at the hotel at 10 in the morning, check-in is from 2 PM, but they checked us in at 11 o'clock. The room was on the 5th floor, as we requested higher. The room is large and spacious. The room has a refrigerator, television, safe (free), and the minibar is refilled with water daily. Minus the number - a frosted glass door that cannot be closed from the inside. The girls at the reception are kind and responsive. Special thanks Hegiye. The staff is very friendly. There are no Russian-speaking staff, but they use a phone translator, so there were no misunderstandings and questions were resolved quickly. Room cleaning was done daily. The maids are polite, friendly, and amiable. After cleaning, they made figures from towels and placed rose, jasmine, etc. petals. We have rested in Turkey many times, but we have never seen anything like this. The food at the hotel is excellent. A large selection of cheese, vegetables, fruits. The menu is varied, every day we cooked grilled dishes (shashlik, hamburgers, nuggets, chicken, beef). Red fish was for dinner every day, several times a week there were shrimp, crayfish, octopus. Ice cream (8 kinds) is served daily from 12 to 5 o'clock, it is very tasty. The hotel is located in the center and there is a place to walk. The beach from the hotel is across the street. Sea entry, fine gravel. There are plates everywhere, but there was a good cleared entrance, there were enough loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The employee on the beach washes sunbeds daily and sets up umbrellas for vacationers, cleans up trash, and monitors cleanliness. We stayed at this hotel for the first time, but we will definitely come again. Thank you to all the staff.

Lovely beds. Good food. Nice staff. The hotel has sunbeds and a bar on the beach. Nothing to complain about. I would not hesitate to come here again. If I were to complain about something, it's the busy road you have to cross to get to the beach. But it's not really the hotel's fault.
