The hotel offers a massage service and Blerina the masseuse was able to tell me more about my body, she was not satisfied with just massaging me and was not careful about the time, I am not in the habit of post comments but in view of the service an exceptional and very kind woman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I enjoyed this hotel and the surrounding area. We found the food options were limited and very samey, and there weren't ingredients listed for the foods, so unsuitable for people with food allergies, but the staff were lovely, and helpful. We had a situation with a broken door handle which was dealt with by the maintenance man temporarily that evening and properly the following day. We used the pool several times, the pool isn't very big, but the shallow end of the bigger pool is 1.4m depth and goes to 1.8m depth, the paddling pool at the end is 0.5m depth. Our rooms had balconies, they didn't adjoin as I'd hoped but they were opposite each other and we could easily get together, our rooms were large, with a double bed in 1 room with a/c and 2 beds in the living room area (1 being a sofa bed) the bathroom in both our rooms had showers. We didn't use the TV but we did use the fridge in both rooms for water. Local to the hotel there are some cheap and cheerful supermarkets, and corner shops, ideal for buying ice lollies as they are much cheaper than the shop in the hotel. There's a kfc, McDonald's and burger King within a 10 minute walking distance, tho I do not recommend the burger King.

I have rated this hotel as 4 star as I paid the same price for all inclusive as Room only elsewhere. Had I paid more for all inclusive I would have been disappointed and would not give it 4 stars. Location: Fantastic location, really central with everything walking distance - shops, beach, restaurants and bars but off the main strip so no noise at night. Taxi to get you down to the beach also very cheap. Rooms: Good size clean rooms, air conditioning great and a fridge in the room. Our room consisted of one room with twin beds, and a living area with a sofabed and a single bed. I would personally prefer two bedrooms rather than the living room as the sofa bes was so uncomfortable. No tea / coffee making facilities provided, and no cutlery or cups or anything to cook with, so might as well make it into two bedrooms which will suit a lot of families. A safe could be used for an additional cost. No pool towels provided so we went out first day and bought some. Entertainment: Non existent, so great for families with young children, but not so great for older children who may find it a bit boring. Especially as the wifi was awful - except for the chair in front of the hotel! We did lots of trips out so was quite happy for some downtime in the evenings. Did Food: The food was always edible but just not to my taste at all. Very repetitive and just a little bit bland. Meat Stew was served most nights , along with chicken, rice, pasta and chips. Same salad bar every evening. Nothing labelled so you only had a guess when sitting down. We quickly got fed up with the food and ate out often - which was cheap! The desserts were good - but not covered so often had flies crawling over which put us off. Staff: Work extremely hard and always smiling. Really look after all the guests and nothing is too much trouble. The staff make this hotel special - thanks so much for all your hard work. Would I return ? Absolutely! Alanya is so beautiful. But only if the price was right - ours really not worth paying extra for AI when you can eat out so cheap.
