Our stay at Senza Sunset Beach was anything but a relaxing vacation. The room was not hygienic and we found cockroaches in our room. In addition, there were defects, outdated/damaged furniture, and the food was regularly cold or lukewarm in our experience.
Ultimately, we were forced to leave the hotel because of the situation. This was absolutely not a voluntary hotel change. A holiday we had booked for a group of 9 adults, including my mother's 70th birthday, turned into a lot of stress, disappointment, and hassle because of this.
We are sharing this experience because we want to warn other travelers. Look closely at recent reviews and don't be guided only by the photos and beautiful description. Unfortunately, we had a holiday here that we don't wish anyone.
