Low-level hotel. Fell for the reviews and pictures. They've been to Turkey many times, but this is the first time they've wanted to go home faster. Of the pluses, the room is fresh, but the renovation is done “dap-dap”. The staff is polite. But the front desk and lobby are 20 years out of date. Cons: 1. Road noise. If you take a view of the sea, then sleep prepare on holiday in earplugs. Requires either noise protection in front of the hotel or quality glazing. 2. Food. It's extremely low quality from vegetables to hot dishes. From the hot grilled for dinner you will be offered one kind - in byproducts (liver), chicken and something else unclear. There was one fish in seven days. There were also so-called sushi made from Kleister rice. They're more or less cooked in a snack restaurant on the beach, but fast food gets boring every day. 3. The sea is a big pebble, rocks. The obligatory aquashuses. After lunch, a lot of garbage and plastic floats. Perhaps those who write enthusiastic haven't been to other hotels. Believe me, there are better options in value for money. The hotel does not pull not 5 stars and on the de luxe console exactly((

We chose this hotel through a Czech travel agency based on the photos and reviews, but in our opinion they don’t fully reflect reality. The hotel is quite old, and you can see signs of wear in many places. For example, the shower door didn’t close properly, and one day our room door wouldn’t close either. We managed to deal with it ourselves, but our neighbors struggled with the same issue and kept slamming the door so hard that the walls were shaking. At check-in, we were offered a sea view room for an extra €40. We declined and received a room overlooking the pool instead, which turned out to be a great choice because we could enjoy the evening entertainment from our balcony. The rooms are quite small, which is fairly common. Our double bed was also quite narrow. The mattress on our bed wasn’t very comfortable, although that’s obviously a matter of personal preference. Our son’s bed had a much firmer and more comfortable mattress. Housekeeping came every day, and the housekeeping staff were always friendly and helpful. The biggest disappointment for us was the food. Breakfast was definitely the best meal of the day. The fresh pancakes, traditional Turkish flatbreads, eggs, and other breakfast options were excellent. Lunch and dinner, however, were much less impressive. As someone with a fish allergy, I found it frustrating that not all dishes were labeled. Fish dishes were also spread throughout the buffet instead of being grouped together, making cross-contamination a real concern. Sometimes it wasn’t even clear what the dishes contained, so I either had to ask or simply avoid them. In the end, we often had lunch at the beach snack bar, where they served excellent pasta, burgers, and pita. For dinner, I usually chose meat-free pasta or bulgur, which I enjoyed, but I would have liked to see a better selection of warm vegetables. Our son mostly ate fries, and my husband often skipped dinner because he didn’t enjoy the meat. Since I don’t eat meat myself, I can’t judge its quality. The desserts looked beautiful but tasted very similar—very sweet and soaked in syrup. The large cakes looked tempting, but throughout our stay they were all chocolate-based, so I couldn’t try them. The fruit selection was also quite repetitive: apples, bananas, plums, and watermelon every day. The promotional photos showed fruits like dragon fruit, but we never saw anything like that during our stay. Finding a free table at lunch or dinner could sometimes be difficult. Ice cream was only available for two hours each day. There were four flavors, but only two were offered at a time, even though all four tubs would easily have fit in the freezer. Ayran was available only in a fridge by the pool, not in the main restaurant. Snacks between meals were rather limited compared to other all-inclusive resorts we’ve visited. Water and juices were always available, and soft drinks were served during lunch and dinner, but not at breakfast. Coffee was available 24 hours a day, although at night the coffee machine near the hotel bar often had no cups, so we had to walk to the restaurant instead. The beer was good. My husband said the cocktails were inconsistent and often not prepared very well. On the positive side, we really liked the pools. Even though the hotel was fully booked, we usually had no problem finding sunbeds. The pool water was warm, and the water slides had very few restrictions, which was great compared to some other resorts we’ve visited. The entertainment team did a good job, and several evening shows were really enjoyable. The staff were generally friendly. One thing that could be improved is the plastic cups and plates used around the pool and beach. They were heavily scratched and worn, making them look dirty even when they were clean. The sea was beautifully clear, although there was occasionally some litter floating in the water, which is obviously not the hotel’s fault. I definitely recommend bringing water shoes because there are large rocks in the sea. We also joined several excursions. The Jeep Safari was fantastic, and we’d especially like to thank our driver, Ali, for making it such a fun day. The buggy tour was also excellent. Green Canyon was beautiful, but if you’re staying in Konakli, be prepared for a long transfer. The lunches provided during the excursions, however, were unfortunately very poor. Overall, we had a nice holiday and enjoyed our time. The hotel has several strengths, including the pools, friendly housekeeping staff, enjoyable evening entertainment, and the excellent beach snack bar. However, the food, the aging facilities, and a few organizational issues mean that we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

They rested from 26.06.26 to 05.07.2026, the first time in Turkey, with a child alone. We came home happy, in a positive mood! The hotel is great, the rooms are freshly renovated, cleaned every day. Meals for all tastes, you can see that the chefs try and do everything from the heart. Special thanks to the chef who bakes lavas and the grilled cook - it is impossible to pass them, always smiley and friendly and very delicious! The area is well-kept, two swimming pools, rescuers are always there, watching the kids and playing with them!) which also pleased. Animation every day, that night and afternoon on the beach, there's always something to do or just watch the show. And, of course, thank you very much to Osie from the guest services department, he's the face of your hotel - always smiley, friendly, will tell and tell, answer all questions, wonderful man! We are thrilled and this holiday will always be in our hearts ❤️Thank you!!!🙏
