The hotel has several positive aspects. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location is good, with the beach and the city centre within easy reach. The pool area was also pleasant. However, there were three significant disappointments: The bed was far too short. I am 193 cm tall, and the bed was approximately 185 cm long, making it impossible to sleep comfortably throughout our stay. The room was noticeably smaller and more basic than the impression given by the hotel's presentation and photographs. The breakfast offered only limited healthy options. Fresh fruit and other healthier choices were very limited.

Warm, welcoming staff, delicious and varied food, and clean, well-maintained rooms. This hotel is highly recommended. We would especially like to praise the reception staff, Yunus and Tayfun, who were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help.

The atmosphere is known to be created by people, so at the reception, guests are welcomed by Mr. Yunus and Mr. Typhoon in a cordial, friendly manner. And the ability to solve any problem in minutes is mind-blowing. The hotel is in perfect order, everything works here, everything functions on time. It is a pity that this year the restaurant's chef, Mr. Habib, works at another hotel in the Xperia chain. But the owl has an exemplary attitude to preparing Turkish and European cuisine, to serving a gourmet style of treats he has passed on to the current team. To communicate with the Russian-speaking staff at the hotel works a beautiful girl, Lyuba, friendly and sympathetic.
