Xperia Saray Beach Hotel

Holidaying with my daughter. There was an incident. The cleaner, cleaning the room, opens the closet for clothes and nightstands and checks our belongings and bags for hotel supplies (left a couple of body lotions in the closet in the bag). Everything has been pulled out of the closed bag! I find it unacceptable without the presence of a guest to even open the closet and nightstands with personal effects! We resented the manager not at reception Arthur, who, instead of calming us down, started yelling at us!!! Disgusting treatment of guests. I don't recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was delicious every day, with plenty of variety to choose from. The rooms were always clean and well maintained. The beach is located directly next to the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. You can walk straight from the hotel onto the beach. The swimming pool is not very large, but it is cozy and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Every evening there is live entertainment with music and shows, creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. One of the things we really loved was the fresh fruit cart. The staff prepare and cut fresh fruit right in front of you, and it tastes amazing. They even bring it to you while you're relaxing on the beach, which is such a thoughtful and appreciated service. A special compliment goes to the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to **H…..n** at the beach, who was always kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home. The young staff members in the restaurant and at the bar were also amazing always smiling, polite, and providing excellent service. We were also very well taken care of by **A…r Bey** at the reception. He was very friendly, open to feedback and suggestions for improvement, and whenever we asked for something, it was arranged immediately. That level of service really made us feel valued as guests. One of the highlights of our stay was how the hotel celebrated my birthday with a delicious cake and even fireworks. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the day truly unforgettable. Overall, we had an amazing holiday. The excellent service, friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food, daily entertainment, and perfect beachfront location make this hotel highly recommended. We would definitely love to come back!y

My mother and I stayed at Xperia Saray Beach Hotel from July 4 to July 14, and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire hotel team for making our vacation so wonderful. From the very first day, we felt truly welcome. The hotel has an excellent location, and what we appreciated most was its cozy, intimate atmosphere. It never felt overcrowded, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday. We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment - it was varied, enjoyable, and created a lovely atmosphere every night. We would especially like to thank a few outstanding members of the staff who made our stay even more memorable. Huseyin Yasar (Beach & Sunbeds) deserves our deepest appreciation. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely customer-oriented. He always took great care of both my mother and me, making sure we had everything we needed and always greeting us with a warm smile. His kindness and willingness to help made us feel truly valued as guests. A very special thank you to Sevgi (Housekeeping). She is such a kind, caring, and hardworking lady. Our room was always cleaned to the highest standard, and she did her job with genuine dedication and such a warm, positive energy. It was always a pleasure to return to a perfectly clean room. Thank you for your wonderful work and care. We would also like to thank Siyar (Restaurant) for his exceptional service. He was always quick, attentive, polite, and highly professional. Every meal was enjoyable thanks to his efficiency, friendliness, and excellent customer service. He consistently made us feel welcome and well looked after. Finally, many thanks to Artur (Reception). He was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any questions or requests. His professionalism and willingness to assist made our stay even more comfortable.
