Club Kastalia

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily. The food was delicious and varied. Sitting at the Neptun bar was very enjoyable, but the air conditioning was a problem. We thank Mr. Metin at the Neptun bar for his friendly demeanor. The animation was fun, but it was impossible to stand in the amphitheater due to the heat. Unfortunately, there were no straws in the hotel. In general, the staff were helpful and efficient. We'd like to thank Ozan Baba and everyone from the animation team. Would we choose them again? Absolutely, yes.

The different pools had different experiences to offer. We traveled with children and children's pools were welcome. The restaurant and bar had a good selection. One bar experienced problems with serving and at times there was a long queue. The restaurant was challenged in the evening in front of queues and waiting hours at opening hours, which created problems for families with children. The service staff did a good job. The area was nice and beautiful. Very well kept.

This year, my parents and I decided to go to Kastalia with my children. What struck us straight away were the high standards of hygiene and the variety of food on offer. Hats off to the superbly guest-focused service. Overall, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place I’ll return to one day. A small tip now and then is also greatly appreciated as a token of thanks. The cleaning ladies occasionally turn the bed linen into a veritable work of art. All in all, a holiday to remember.
