The hotel is very well equipped. Very spacious, with several pools, bars & restaurants. Staff is generally friendly and reliable. The bed was very soft, but comfortable nonetheless. The air conditioning ran perfectly and also runs throughout the day when the card is not inserted. The sliding door to the relatively large balcony is very soundproof, so it is always quiet in the room. However, the cleanliness and maintenance condition of the bathroom left room for improvement. The shower stall is defective; the doors cannot be slid cleanly along the tracks. Silicone seals are cracked and dirty, see the sink. Limescale and dirt collect in the harder-to-reach places, which is a real shame. All in all, however, it is okay. The food is generally okay, although many "hot dishes" are no longer "hot" when you take them from the buffet. The food in general is tailored to the Russian majority of the guests. There is a "restaurant" that is also accessible at night; it is not recommended for hot food (buffet), as there is simply no one there to ensure that the items remain fresh and protected... The Turkish "A la carte" restaurant is absolutely recommended...perfect service and very fresh and good food. The staff is generally very helpful and friendly. The language can be problematic for some: Only very few speak English, almost no one speaks German, you have to know that. Instead, Russian and of course Turkish are the languages that seem to be problem-free. (Signage, e.g., at the buffet, is also partly not in German or English, but you can find your way around.) A service staff member in the Havana Bar stood out to me as particularly excellent: "Mucahit" is a waiter who is super fast and very friendly; here you are in good hands. He speaks English and some German and had very good tips for activities and events. He provided super service, as drinks always arrived reliably and quickly. He also recommends great cocktails. One of the best service staff members the hotel has, perhaps even THE best. Thank you for his great help and the lovely evenings. The beach is a mixture of approx. 80% sand and 20% gravel. The gravel is washed out and not sharp-edged, so no problem. There were always enough lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. It is highly recommended to treat yourself to a box on the sun terrace in the sea (pier platform). (50€ per day) Here you have light sun protection, lounge chairs, and you get drinks. If you are friendly, you sometimes even get a fresh fruit platter on ice. The service staff at the bar on the pier were all super fast and friendly, so we were able to really enjoy our time. The lifeguards were also always on site and provided quick help and gave tips when there were questions. Many thanks to the team at the bar on the pier and the lifeguards.

The perfect combination of value for money. The resort operates like a Swiss watch ... it was a sin for such a price to blame something. This is the second year. Our arrival. We stayed from July 7th to 13th. We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Even though we arrived early, they told us to start our vacation now and they would let us know when our room was ready. The hotel has reached a new level this year with its food and desserts. We were very satisfied last year as well, but this year both the desserts and the main courses were much, much better. This year, for the à la carte restaurants, we chose Le Patit Gurme (a French restaurant) and E Myhn (a modern tavern). We were very, very satisfied with both à la carte restaurants; the food was fantastic. I'd like to share this with those planning to visit. Also, they surprised my brother with a cake for his birthday, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is right on the beach, but the sea is a bit choppy. This year, Iskender kebab and Çökertme kebab have been added to the snack time, and the hamburgers at the snack time are also very delicious. I think I had the most dessert experience; I was full of cold baklava and San Sebastian cheesecake. Starbucks has a sufficient variety, I think. We only had a problem with the staff at Havana Bar, which I think was due to the hotel being fully booked. Otherwise, wherever we went, we were immediately attended to. The hotel's entertainment was sufficient; meeting singer Özgün this year was a bonus for us. We couldn't go to the zoo last year, but we experienced it this year; I recommend going if you have the time. They have SUP, beach volleyball, tennis, and many other alternative services. Also, you should definitely try Cosmos Moonlight at least once. We tried different teas and coffees every day at the tea bar. The aqua park was very big and very fun. Also, this year, Fellini was added to the menu at the hotel's free à la carte restaurant, which we found very successful. And there's also a free à la carte restaurant called Belli Gusto, which is fantastic during the day. And your siblings have experienced this; meanwhile, beach umbrellas have barcode identification, allowing you to bring drinks, etc., to the beach by scanning the barcodes. You can request it.
