Today is our last day at the hotel. Despite all the difficulties we experienced, I feel obligated to thank some friends who provided wonderful experiences and deserve recognition for their efforts. This review is entirely genuine and heartfelt. First of all, I would like to thank the Head Pastry Bar, Mr. Kenan, and all the staff working in the Pastry Bar and pastry department. They truly treated us like honored guests; I would like to thank them all individually for their smiles, attention, and efforts. Thank you for your hard work and effort. I would also like to extend my thanks to Ms. Nihal, who works in the pastry department. I would like to thank him for his kind, attentive, and friendly approach towards the guests. 😊 My other thanks go to the animation team… Arif, Hazal, Cihangir, and all the other friends whose names I don't know; you are all truly energetic, fun, and talented. When it comes to entertainment, you're the first team that comes to mind at the hotel. I wanted to specifically mention the friends whose names I knew, but I'd like to thank the entire animation team individually. We had a wonderful holiday at the Crystal De Luxe Hotel. I would especially like to thank the animation team. Their smiles, energy, and attentiveness to guests made our holiday much more enjoyable. We thank the entire team for their hard work. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Me and my family have been staying at this Hotel for two weeks. We started our trip with an amazing spa experience as we began with a turkish hamam and ended it with a 30 minutes massage. The animation team has Made our Trip enjoyable with different pool games. Det är simply made sure that we Enjoy our stay.
