It's a hotel we've been coming to as a family for a long time, consecutively. While the children have fun on the slides and at the activities (the children's programs are great and the staff are attentive), we enjoy the evening programs and meals. What we like most about them is that they constantly improve themselves by taking feedback into account. This attention to detail makes the hotel more appealing with each visit. We will definitely come back and recommend it to others, in fact, we already have :)))

We sincerely thank the entire hotel team for the attention, hospitality, and professionalism shown to us throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the facility, the quality of the food, and the friendly approach of the staff made our holiday unforgettable. I would especially like to thank the Animation Manager, Mr. Metin. Her friendly interactions with guests, her energy, and the activities she organizes for all age groups greatly enhance the hotel's atmosphere. Thanks to her, both we and our daughter had a wonderful time. I would also like to specifically mention the dedicated approach of Chef Celal Bey. Even though I had to follow a gluten-free diet, Mr. Celal communicated with us personally every day, monitoring our specific needs and preparing delicious gluten-free alternatives. Such a caring and guest-focused approach is very rare. We are grateful to him and his kitchen team. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, which prioritizes guest satisfaction, pays attention to every detail, and makes you feel at home. We have no doubt that we will choose it again for our next holiday. We would like to thank all the employees who contributed, especially Mr. Metin and Mr. Celal.
