Garden Resort Bergamot

Not great at all. We arrived in the middle of the night and our room wasn’t ready despite my emails and calls to ensure it would be. The all inclusive is not that, so far we’ve had to pay for drinks, towels, wifi and ice cream. It is an extremely busy hotel and no one knows how to queue or behave so it’s bedlam at every meal time. So much waste and mess. There are much better hotels out there so continue your research.

Relaxed at the Viking Garden Hotel & Spa and were very pleased! The grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and always available to help. The rooms are comfortable and cleaning was done regularly. The food is varied and delicious, you could always find something to your liking. The beach is convenient to reach, the sea is clean and warm. Also enjoyed the pool, animation and evening programs - never missed. The only unpleasant moment happened when I cut myself. I approached the rescue team asking for a Band-Aid, but at first he refused to help. In such situations, the staff would like to be more attentive to the guests, because this is a matter of basic first aid. The rest was excellent overall. Would love to come back here again and we can safely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful vacation!

Yes, the hotel may not be the newest and there are a few nuances to the rooms, but it didn't matter to us at all because the atmosphere here is wonderful. A special thanks goes to the animation team! Every day, they gave a great mood, charged with positivity and kept you busy. The evening shows and entertainment programmes were very interesting, bright and varied – every evening we were happy to come and watch. We especially want to thank Daria and Alejandro! Thank you for your energy, smiles, kindness and sincerity towards your guests. Thanks to you, our holidays are even brighter and more fun! I also want to note the nutrition - everything was very delicious, a large selection of dishes, you could always find something to your liking. On the whole, we had a wonderful vacation and only took fond memories with us. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their hospitality and care! We would love to come back here again and definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!
