Grand Ring

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Grand Ring Hotel Spa, thanks to the incredible team. A special shoutout to Arif, who works at the spa reception/management. He is a super friendly, attentive, and kind gentleman who provides excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to welcome us and put together an amazing massage package for us at a very attractive and fair price. The quality of the massages was also top-notch. The therapists/masseuses are highly skilled, professional, and excellent at what they do. We left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.If you are staying at the Grand Ring Hotel in Antalya, visiting the spa is a must. We highly recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Great overall stay with excellent flexibility! We had an overall positive experience at the resort! What we loved: * Great accommodation and flexibility: We booked 4 rooms and requested to be close to each other, which the resort kindly arranged. * Early arrival & late departure perks: Early check-in went smoothly—we were able to leave our luggage safely and head straight to the sea. Similarly, on our last day with a late flight, we were allowed to use all resort services until it was time to leave, which made a huge difference. * Cleanliness & Staff: The resort was clean, and most of the staff made a very warm and good impression. Food & Dining: * The food was decent with good variety. There were occasional queues during peak times, but that is to be expected at all-inclusive resorts. Areas for Improvement: * Beach Bar Hours: We would have preferred the beach bar to open a bit earlier in the morning and close later in the evening. It would be nice to enjoy a morning coffee by the sea without having to walk all the way from the main restaurant carrying it. * Language Barrier: English-speaking staff was quite limited. While reception and a few bar staff spoke good English, most of the staff only spoke Russian, which made making requests or communicating a bit challenging at times. Overall, it was a lovely holiday and a solid choice for a relaxing resort stay!
