I really enjoyed the spa experience at QuaSpa. It is one of the best hotel spas I have visited, with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed the treatments so much that I visited almost every day during my stay. The Turkish Hammam and exfoliation were fantastic. Kasy was extremely professional, and her massage was outstanding relaxing, therapeutic, and easily a 10/10. I genuinely looked forward to every treatment. Ayesha was also excellent and provided a wonderful experience. Thank you both for your professionalism, kindness, and friendly service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the hotel itself. I was disappointed with the food quality and service in the main restaurant. The meat and fish were often overcooked and did not seem to be of the standard I would expect from a five-star resort. The restaurant was consistently very busy, and the service felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail expected at this level. I also had a very poor experience with Guest Services when trying to book an à la carte restaurant. The staff were not particularly helpful, seemed disorganised, and were unable to provide the support I expected. This was frustrating and left a negative impression. Overall, while QuaSpa was exceptional and one of the highlights of my holiday, the hotel experience did not meet five-star expectations. Considering the price, I believe the hotel is overpriced for the quality of food and level of service it currently offers.
