Jeans Club Hotels Saphire

It's my second time in this hotel. I can say that I really admired the nature around including the mountains and beautiful pine trees, and the greenery on the territory. The nature reminds me Crimea. But can say for sure that this year everything is much worse, including food variety, the hotel services and supplies. We couldn't even get the shampoo and soap for the first three days, and only after a serious quarrel we got some. Only 2 towels per person- a big and a small one, no bathrobes and slippers... The last year after leaving 1 dollar on the bed we got new shower accessories every day. Thank God we brought all necessary with us. The kids animation this year also very differs from last year- the parents had to be with their kids all the time, everybody complained but it didn't work. About the excursions offered by travel agencies at the hotel- we took all kinds of excursions- on the yacht, to the ancient town Fazelis, shopping tour to Antalia, to the Turkish bath house, one day trip to Israel. So we were not bored. But as a conclusion, the hotel is far not a 5 star one. Maybe 4 stars, no more.
