The hotel is located on a shopping street; the proximity to the beach is facilitated by a small cart, which is important for someone like me if you are disabled. The check-in at the hotel was complicated because we arrived late, around 7:00 PM, and the room I had booked was not the one we were assigned. There were three of us and a bed was missing; they gave us a camping cot and the shower was broken, which is very annoying after a long trip on a non-air-conditioned bus! I immediately dealt with the reception, and the technical team repaired the shower in the evening, and the next day I negotiated a room change with superior amenities. From then on, no more worries; the room is very clean, the housekeeping staff is very respectful, and that is the case for all the staff. I regret that few staff members speak German or French. Fortunately, they use Google Translate. We participated in several activities; the activity leaders are smiling and friendly. Activities are offered throughout the day that are suitable for teenagers. The pool areas are very clean and numerous, as are the dining options; I would say that the buffet, like in all hotels, is a bit repetitive, but they are lucky to have several restaurants accessible throughout the stay with unlimited access where the service is fast and the offerings are worthy of some gourmet restaurants in France. Nevertheless, the menu cards are not translated into French, a point I brought up with the communications manager. If you do not speak English, you will be in great difficulty; it is the main language of all the staff. I recommend this welcoming establishment with high-quality services.

We had a wonderful holiday! Everything was beautiful and meticulously prepared! The spa was especially clean, the duck with portals was delicious, and I congratulate the restaurant team as well.

Between July 19-24, 2026, our family stayed at Crystal Hotels for the first time. The accommodation we had was larger than Aura, Family, Admiral, and Paraiso. I don't usually prefer large hotels, but I made a reservation at Crystal Hotels thinking there wouldn't be any problems. The good things I remember about my vacation; 1- The size and cleanliness of room number 5327, 2- Işın Karaca concert (we enjoyed it very much) 3- Wi-Fi working without problems. 4- The efforts of customer relations representative Ms. Serap and authorized person Mr. Naim to resolve the issue. General information: The hotel is very large, and getting from one place to another in the heat is tiring. The food in the main restaurants was, in my opinion, inadequate. Lunch was the most mediocre, so we ate at the Italian snack restaurant. The menu issue we experienced there was resolved by customer relations representative Serap Hanım and our esteemed head chef, whose name I can't remember. Unfortunately, sometimes these things just don't work without instructions. Another major problem I'm experiencing is with the C…u brand water, sold in 0.5-liter PET bottles. After the first drink in the morning, you can't find cold water anywhere. Hot water is also undrinkable. I hope this gets resolved. Naim Bey was the last person dealing with this matter. We were very pleased that the bellboy offered us water as we were leaving. Would I go again???
