Simena Holiday Village & Villas

We are staying at the Emelda Sun Club hotel. Everything is excellent—very friendly staff and a varied selection of food. I’d especially like to highlight the animation team; they are all super—wonderful people! Thanks to Lena and Alexandra for keeping our spirits high!

First, I will list the good points of the hotel. With the exception of those working at the reception, the hotel staff were generally helpful and friendly. Also, the cleanliness of the public restrooms is excellent; I haven't seen any dirty ones. Another good thing is the rooms, the sea, the food, the drinks, etc. Their areas are close to each other. You don't have to walk in the sun for minutes on end. The scenery is wonderful. As for the downsides, the rooms and their furnishings are quite old. The beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms are located within the garden and there are no mosquito nets. Our room is full of bugs, ants, and flies. Especially since ants are coming out from everywhere in the room. The towels are disgusting, nauseating, you have to shower again. There is a wide variety of food, yes, but the quality is poor, and therefore it's tasteless. We never got to have a proper cup of tea. The profile of the tourists coming here is quite crude. I will not choose this hotel again.

Amazing hotel. First time being here but we loved it as a family. Massive, beautiful territory, amazing food of all sorts (suited both English person and Russian person, always smth to choose from), 2 big outside play areas with bouncy castles and lot, not a big aquapark but just enough slides so you can keep an eye on your child, ice cream all the way as well 😜 Staff is nice and helpful. Very lovely Indiana from guest relations made sure we are happy 🥰 Minibar is daily refilled, rooms are clean and very modern, fresh. Alcohol in bars is a good quality both local and import. We loved this hotel all the way
